By using BM AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AI output
BM AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or offensive output. Verify important information and do not rely on BM AI as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
Do not use BM AI to exploit or sexualize children, create non-consensual sexual content, threaten or facilitate violence, target people with hateful or harassing abuse, encourage self-harm, commit fraud, steal credentials, distribute malware, manufacture illegal weapons or hard drugs, invade privacy, or break applicable law. Do not bypass service safeguards or disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Busted Minds permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve BM AI. Only upload or share content you have the right to use. Public share links expose selected conversation content to anyone who has the link.
Accounts and availability
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Features, limits, and availability may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimers and liability
BM AI is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Busted Minds disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
