Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process prompts, AI responses, chat history, uploaded images and documents, projects, custom instructions, response reports, and public share choices. If you sign in, we also process identifiers supplied by Busted Minds Account, such as your user ID, username, email address, display name, and avatar URL. Hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical logs such as timestamps, request metadata, device/browser information, and IP addresses.

How we use information

We use this information to provide AI answers, web search, saved conversations, file analysis, account synchronization, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, safety review, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information.

Private chats and shared chats

Private chat is not added to your BM AI history and is not shareable, but its content is still processed to generate an answer. When you create a public share link, anyone with that link can view the shared content until you delete or disable it.

Retention and deletion

Signed-in chat data is retained until you delete individual conversations or delete your BM AI data. Safety reports may be retained as needed to investigate abuse and maintain service safety; deleting your BM AI data removes your account link from reports where the report must be retained for legitimate safety purposes.

You can permanently delete BM AI conversations, projects, shares, uploads, preferences, and your local BM AI profile from the BM AI deletion page. This does not delete your central Busted Minds Account or unrelated Busted Minds products.

Your choices and contact

You can use BM AI as a guest, use private chat, delete conversations, disable public sharing, or delete all BM AI data. For privacy questions or requests, email support@bustedminds.org.
